The opportunity as Head of Growth

As Founding Head of Growth, your fundamental job is to engineer profitable, predictable patient growth.

Primary KPI: profitable active-patient growth. Get us from launch to 10,000 active patients by the end of 2026, then 100,000 the year after, at a CAC that pays back fast.

You'll start by owning paid acquisition and by systematizing the organic engine I've been running myself, turning founder-led content and word-of-mouth into a machine that doesn't depend on me. You'll ship daily, test aggressively, and move faster than most marketing teams can finish scoping.

Over time your work expands across every surface that drives growth: paid, funnel, organic, UGC, influencer, lifecycle, referrals, and weird ideas no one here has tried yet. You'll build a cracked team under you to execute it.

This is a founder-builder role with high autonomy. We want the best media buyer in the Philippines who is also a full-stack marketer, someone who treats distribution as a product problem, has strong consumer taste, and moves fast.

If you nail this, you lead everything in growth. If you're truly excellent, you're the leading candidate for our future VP Growth or CMO.

This is a senior role. You'll report directly to me, Joachim del Castillo, and work shoulder to shoulder with me and a small, senior founding team. For context on who you'd be building with: I'm ex-Unilever, I've built and run multiple e-commerce businesses here in the Philippines, and I held multiple leadership roles at Aios (YC W20/S21) as it scaled to $100M ARR. Obra is backed by Silicon Valley investors. The pace is demanding and the standards are high. We care about output, judgment, and sustainable intensity, not performative overwork. In return, this should be one of the most challenging and rewarding roles of your career. If that excites you, keep reading.
