The opportunity as Growth Associate

You’re the person who spots an opportunity, figures out the tools, and ships something before anyone asks.

Maybe you’ve started a small business, grown an account, sold online, or built something with AI. You get curious, go deep, and find a way to make things work.

As Growth Marketing Associate, you’ll work closely with Joachim, our CEO, to help Obra acquire and retain patients. You’ll get hands-on experience across content, creators, paid ads, sales, funnels, and growth experiments.

We want someone a little unhinged about figuring things out: resourceful, ambitious, and fast. Someone who uses AI every day and cares whether their work produces results.

The ambition is for you to grow into Head of Growth. You’ll earn more ownership as you demonstrate that you can turn ideas into repeatable, profitable growth.

What you’ll do

• Experiments Find opportunities, launch small tests, track results, and decide what to try next.
• Content Write hooks, scripts, briefs, and posts. Use AI to produce and test ideas quickly.
• Creators Find relevant creators, pitch partnerships, negotiate deliverables, and get content published.
• Performance Marketing Help launch and improve campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google, working toward owning a channel.
• CRO Help improve landing pages, application flows, and follow-ups so interested people become patients.
• Research Handle outreach, learn what makes people buy or hesitate, and turn those conversations into better messaging.
• Systems Automate repetitive work, keep attribution organized, and document what works.

What we’re looking for

• You’ve started and sold something. A small business, side hustle, service, or online product counts. Tell us how you found customers and what you personally did.
• You’re AI-native. You use AI to research, create, build, automate, and analyze. You can show us useful work and explain how you checked it.
• You can sell. You’re comfortable reaching out, pitching, following up, and hearing “no.”
• You have creative taste. You notice strong hooks, understand internet culture, and know what feels natural to a Filipino audience.
• You’re comfortable with numbers. You can work in a spreadsheet, interpret results, and distinguish attention from paying customers.
