The opportunity as Operations Associate
Obra is building a world-class team.
As an Operations Associate, you’ll work closely with our CEO, Joachim, to help run the company and improve how we operate.
You’ll free up Joachim’s time by owning day-to-day operations, coordinating the patient journey, supporting hiring and finance administration, working with vendors and professional partners, and improving our internal systems. You’ll also be a spare pair of hands across clinic operations, pharmacy, growth, and customer support.
You’ll take on problems, solve them, and build better systems so they stay solved. Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to own larger projects and areas of the company.
This is a full-time role based in Metro Manila. The work will be partly remote, but you must be available for on-site work in Ortigas and errands around Metro Manila when needed.
You’ll report directly to Joachim and work closely with Obra’s clinical, pharmacy, regulatory, and operations leads.
